 1 kg diced potatoes
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp salt
 1 tbsp Italian herbs seasoning
 1 tbsp onion powder
 1 tbsp garlic powder
 1 tbsp chili powder
 1 tbsp smoked paprika
Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  • In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes with the olive oil, salt, Italian herbs, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Toss everything together until the potatoes are evenly coated with the seasoning mix.
  • Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet to ensure even cooking.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Set aside once done.
