step 4 : Assemble the Wrap

 10 Warm tortillas
 Cooked eggs
 Cooked beef
 Cooked potatoes
 25 g sriracha mayonnaise per wrap
 Chopped chives
Preparation

  • Lay a warm tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • In the center, layer a portion of the fluffy eggs, followed by the seasoned beef, and then the crispy potatoes.
  • Drizzle 25 g of sriracha mayonnaise over the filling and sprinkle with chopped chives for a fresh, professional finish.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.
  • For a crisp exterior, toast the wrap in a dry pan over medium heat for about 1 minute on each side.
